RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Xlover clothing for your handmade clothing needs. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as expected. Please review our returns policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear and swimsuits cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at xlover.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at xlover.clothing@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the correct item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately at xlover.clothing@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
